I’ve been gathering up a really nice set of tools for my ADHD toolbox lately - having received so many great recommendations from others within the community… I think it’s time to share a few of my faves that are making my life significantly easier/better. So, here we go…

My Top ADHD-Friendly Tools that are working for me (this month)

Llama Life

Rarely do productivity-related apps/systems work for me for very long - but I’ve recently discovered LlamaLife and I’m really digging it. I think I love it because it was so clearly designed by someone with ADHD (Marie Ng - who I was lucky enough to interview for my podcast by the way - that episode airs 5/9) LlamaLife is this nifty little side bar in my browser that helps me stay on track with tasks and includes a visual timer, fun sounds, and visual effects when you complete tasks. It’s currently only available in your browser - while they finish up their app. Check it out here

Pipersong Meditation Chair

I know I’ve mentioned this before - but honestly, I can’t scream praises loud enough. I’m basically obsessed with my chair. I am so excited to sit down at this thing each day - it’s changed the way that I work. Check it out!

Speks

Anyone who’s been on a Zoom with me in that last 3-4 months can testify that I am ALWAYS playing with my Speks fidget toy. Speks is a must for my desk! I love them so much that I reached out to partner with them! Use code TRINA at checkout for 20% OFF! (Woot!!) Check out Speks!

Sunsama

Sunsama is the digital daily planner that’s working for me currently. I always want to reiterate that none of these tools work for me 100% of the time. These are tools that I keep in my “toolbox” and I try to be kind to myself when they’re not working for me. I like Sunsama because it’s easy to set up and manage and it’s very user-friendly.

Loop Earplugs

Loop is hands-down the most recommended earplug within the ADHD Community - someone mentions Loop Earplugs to me nearly every day. If you struggle with over-stimulation, sleep, focus, parenting, etc — Loop may be a great solution for you.

Endel

Endel is a sound wellness app helping you focus, relax, and sleep and backed by neuroscience. Available on multiple platforms, it creates soundscapes that adapt to your heart rate, motion, time of the day, weather, and circadian rhythm.

Pretty neat technology, if you ask me. It’s been helping me focus while I’m working and also unwind at the end of the day. Try Endel for free for 1 month!
